Dëshirojmë t'ju informojmë se, në pritje të përfundimit dhe vlerësimit të disa kërkesave sipas verifikimit teknik të ngritur nga Lega Calcio Serie A (LCA), LCA ka pezulluar përkohësisht transmetimin e sinjalit të kompeticioneve të saj në platformën TRING.

TRING po bashkëpunon në mënyrë aktive me LCA dhe po ofron informacionin dhe sqarimet teknike të kërkuara, me qëllim përfundimin e këtij procesi dhe rikthimin e transmetimeve përkatëse sa më shpejt të jetë e mundur.

TRING sqaron shprehimisht se kanalet e saj sportive janë të licencuara dhe të autorizuara për akses dhe përdorim ekskluzivisht brenda territorit të Republikës së Shqipërisë.

Në veçanti, transmetimet e kompeticioneve të Lega Calcio Serie A, përfshirë Kampionatin Serie A, Coppa Italia dhe Supercoppa Italiana, janë dhe do të jenë të disponueshme në platformën TRING ekskluzivisht brenda territorit të Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe ekskluzivisht në gjuhën shqipe.

Çdo akses, marrje, përdorim, shitje, rishitje, instalim, zhvendosje, shpërndarje apo çdo formë tjetër shfrytëzimi e shërbimeve ose përmbajtjeve sportive të TRING jashtë territorit të Republikës së Shqipërisë është e ndaluar dhe nuk është e autorizuar nga TRING.

TRING nuk autorizon asnjë rishitës, shitës me pakicë, instalues apo palë tjetër të tretë që të shesë, shpërndajë, instalojë apo në çdo mënyrë tjetër të vërë në dispozicion për përdorim jashtë Republikës së Shqipërisë abonimet, Kartat Smart, dekoderët, pajisjet satelitore apo shërbimet sportive të TRING. Çdo ofertë e palëve të treta që pretendon të ofrojë akses në shërbimet e TRING jashtë Shqipërisë është e paautorizuar dhe nuk përbën pjesë të rrjetit të autorizuar të shitjes apo shpërndarjes së TRING.

TRING mbetet plotësisht e angazhuar për përmbushjen e detyrimeve të saj kontraktore dhe të të gjitha kërkesave të zbatueshme territoriale, gjuhësore, teknike dhe të mbrojtjes së përmbajtjes që rregullojnë shpërndarjen e kompeticioneve të LCA-së dhe të përmbajtjeve të tjera sportive të licencuara.

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that, pending the completion and assessment of certain technical verification requirements raised by Lega Calcio Serie A (LCA), LCA has temporarily suspended the delivery of the signal for its competitions to the TRING platform.

TRING is actively cooperating with LCA and is providing the requested technical information and clarifications with a view to completing this process and restoring the relevant broadcasts as soon as possible.

TRING hereby expressly clarifies that its sports channels are licensed and authorised for access and use exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Albania.

In particular, broadcasts of Lega Calcio Serie A competitions, including the Serie A Championship, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana, are and will be made available on the TRING platform exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Albania and exclusively in the Albanian language.

Any access to, reception, use, sale, resale, installation, relocation, distribution or other exploitation of TRING's sports services or content outside the territory of the Republic of Albania is prohibited and is not authorised by TRING.

TRING does not authorise any reseller, retailer, installer or other third party to sell, distribute, install or otherwise make its subscriptions, Smart Cards, decoders, satellite equipment or sports services available for use outside the Republic of Albania. Any third-party offer purporting to provide access to TRING's services outside Albania is unauthorised and does not form part of TRING's authorised sales or distribution network.

TRING remains fully committed to complying with its contractual obligations and with all applicable territorial, language, technical and content-protection requirements governing the distribution of LCA competitions and other licensed sports content.
